libatspi2.0-0-dbg software package provides Assistive Technology Service Provider Interface - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libatspi2.0-0-dbg
libatspi2.0-0-dbg is installed in your system.
